Madan Mohan Jha, born on 22 June 1989, is a passionate music educator, theatre artist, and cultural activist with rich experience in Hindustani classical music, theatre, and social work. He is currently pursuing an M.A. in Music from Sunrise University, Alwar, and has completed Sangeet Shiromani from the Faculty of Music & Fine Arts, Delhi University, along with Sangeet Prabhakar from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. He is also pursuing a Diploma in Harmonium and holds a Bachelor of Tourism Studies from IGNOU, along with an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications.

With years of experience as a music and drama teacher, Madan Mohan has worked with institutions like Parevartan School (Ghaziabad), Holy Angels School, Jaypee Public School Noida, Indian School of Music Delhi, Vidya & Child Foundation, Asha Deep Foundation, and is currently working at **Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya (now Payal Music Bytes), Vasundhara**, while also providing private training in Hindustani classical vocal and harmonium.

With an M.Phil. in Regional Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, and a Master’s Degree in Rural Development, he brings over two decades of high-level expertise in institutional governance, socio-cultural research, and result-based project management to the foundation's regional mission. His multidisciplinary background allows him to bridge the gap between complex policy frameworks and grassroots cultural preservation.

At the SAARC Music Foundation, Bhuvan provides the technical roadmap for institutionalizing cultural initiatives within the broader context of regional development. His extensive experience as the Research Director at the Alternative Research Centre (ARC Nepal) and as a Regional Coordinator for DFID-funded programs has equipped him with the analytical tools necessary to lead large-scale documentation projects of South Asia’s diverse musical traditions. He specializes in applying data-driven research, including GIS and SPSS analysis, to map cultural assets and develop sustainable national systems that align with international standards of intellectual property and heritage protection.
